Anna Kendrick

Anna Kendrick (born in Portland, Maine) is an American Oscar nominated actress. She has played in many hit films, such as Twilight and Twilight, but she is most well known for playing the role of a supporting character. As a child she debuted in Broadway as a member of High Society. The show won her the Theatre World Award in recognition of her outstanding performance. Following that she performed in a second character in New York City Opera's production A Little Night Music by Stephen Sondheim. The actress went on to become an acclaimed film actress due to her performance in Twilight. The role was reprised as the character's best friend in The Twilight Saga: New Moon. She also has a few TV appearances, such as Fear Itself or Comedy Bang! Bang! Singer, too. Anna Kendrick sang a cover of the track Cups as the soundtrack for the movie Pitch Perfect, appearing in its music video as well. The song was a huge hit immediately.
